The World is Ours Foundation Fellowship Program is a 12-month immersive leadership development and career readiness experience designed for promising juniors at Shaw High School in Columbus, Georgia. 8 high-potential students from the class of 2028 will be guided through a transformative journey centered on personal growth, professional development, and economic empowerment.

​Through mentorship, curated workshops, hands-on projects, financial literacy education, and direct engagement with industry professionals, Fellows gain a clearer vision for their future and the tools to pursue it with confidence and stability. The Fellowship represents the heart of the TWO Foundation’s mission: expanding access, creating opportunity, and helping young people see and step into their full potential.
