Hope is a 2025 TWO Foundation Fellow and a marketing professional with experience spanning financial services, consumer packaged goods, aviation, and energy. She currently works in marketing partnerships at American Express in New York City, where she supports strategic collaborations that enhance brand impact and customer engagement. Her previous roles include product development at General Mills, communications and sponsorships at Delta Air Lines, and project management at WEX on the ExxonMobil account. Originally from Northern Virginia, Hope earned her degree in Marketing from Brigham Young University. She is passionate about empowering women to build meaningful, successful careers and is committed to fostering supportive professional communities that help others grow and thrive.

Hannah Maldonado-Matos is a 2025 TWO Foundation Fellow and a first-generation Communication Studies and Political Science student at the University of Georgia. She brings a strong commitment to community engagement, inclusive communication, and public service. Hannah has advanced outreach efforts in Athens-Clarke County through her work with the county’s transit department, where she strengthened connections between local organizations and residents and expanded access to transit resources—especially for Spanish-speaking communities. Her academic experiences abroad at the University of Oxford and in Cortona, Italy further sharpened her analytical and communication skills. She currently supports civic participation initiatives through her work with FTR Strategies, helping local candidates elevate community awareness and engagement. Hannah is driven by a passion for representation, accessibility, and using communication as a tool to uplift the communities she serves.

Taylor is a 2025 TWO Foundation Fellow and a third-year Mathematics major at the University of Georgia with a focus in Financial Mathematics. Born and raised in Clayton County, Georgia, she is driven by a passion for education, business, and serving as an inspiration to young people. Throughout her time at UGA, Taylor has gained hands-on experience through finance and retail planning internships while also tutoring students in mathematics during the school year. Taylor aspires to apply her analytical and creative strengths across the fashion, sports, and community service industries. She believes deeply in authenticity and strives to show that you can excel professionally while remaining true to yourself. Embracing a multifaceted identity, Taylor confidently moves between mathematical work, business operations, and creative pursuits—including running her own nail services. She credits every step of her journey to her faith, acknowledging God as the source of her growth, opportunities, and success.
