TWO Foundation Fellowship Program
The World is Ours Foundation Fellowship Program is a 12-month immersive leadership development and career readiness experience designed for promising juniors at Shaw High School in Columbus, Georgia. Beginning in 2026, the Foundation will select 8 high-potential students and guide them through a transformative journey centered on personal growth, professional development, and economic empowerment. Rooted in the belief that exposure is transformational, the Fellowship equips students early in their journey with the skills, confidence, and access needed to become effective leaders committed to making a difference in their communities and beyond.
Leadership is a core pillar of The World is Ours Foundation, anchored in empowerment; equipping youth with the knowledge, confidence, and transferable skills needed to shape opportunity today and lead tomorrow. Through mentorship, curated workshops, hands-on projects, financial literacy education, and direct engagement with industry professionals, Fellows gain a clearer vision for their future and the tools to pursue it with confidence and stability. The Fellowship represents the heart of the TWO Foundation’s mission: expanding access, creating opportunity, and helping young people see and step into their full potential.
