The World is Ours (TWO) Foundation Inc. was built on a simple belief: when young people are given access, exposure, and real opportunities, their futures expand. For too many youth those pathways remain out of reach. TWO Foundation exists to change that. As a government-certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we are committed to empowering the next generation through career readiness education, experiential learning, and economic opportunity. We believe that exposure is transformational—because young people can only aspire to what they have the chance to see.
The TWO Foundation Fellowship Program is the heart of that mission. Designed to inspire possibility and unlock potential, the Fellowship provides students with immersive experiences, hands-on learning, and direct access to leaders across sports, entertainment, business, and other influential industries. Through mentorship, curated workshops, and real-world projects, Fellows develop the confidence, skills, and vision required to build meaningful and empowered careers. THE HUDDLE
The Huddle is TWO Foundation’s intimate speaking and workshop series designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and expand what young people believe is possible. Rooted in our mission of youth development through career readiness and economic empowerment, The Huddle creates a space where students can connect directly with industry leaders, ask questions openly, and envision futures they may have never imagined. At its core, The Huddle is more than a program—it's a catalyst. A place where the next generation of leaders, creators, and game-changers begin to see themselves in the rooms they aspire to enter.
